Submit a Spot
A bar, a shop, a back-room pour.
Know a place that treats bourbon with respect. A deep list, a quiet curator, a bottle wall worth the drive. Send the intel. The Hound walks the floor before any spot lands on the Local Favorites board.
Missouri · Bourbon Intel
The Bourbon Fox & Hound deals in whiskey. Enter a date of birth and where the reading happens. The door opens at twenty-one — no sooner.
Drink slowly. Intel, not ego.

The ledger and the board are kept by the Fox and walked by the Hound — but the work runs on intel from the field. Boots-on-the-ground tips. Bottles spotted in shops the Hound has not been to. Corrections on entries that got something wrong. Three ways to send it.

Submit a Bottle
A bottle on a shelf the Hound has not walked. A lottery hit. A pour someone slid across a bar that deserves a place in the record. The Hound verifies every entry before it lands on the ledger. Submissions seed the work — they do not skip it.
Suggest a Correction
A proof that does not match the label. A mash bill that is off. An age statement, a region, an MSRP, a sourcing claim. The ledger lives by being correct. Cite the source if there is one — the Hound checks every correction before changing the record.
How submissions work
Every submission lands in the Hound's inbox. The Hound reads each one. Spots get walked before they land on Local Favorites. Bottles get verified against label facts, distillery sheets, and ideally an actual pour before they land on the ledger. Corrections get checked against sources before any entry changes. Nothing publishes automatically. No anonymous edits. No drive-by tasting notes printed as verdicts.
That is slower than a wiki. It is also why the record is worth keeping.
The Hound moves quiet. No reply is guaranteed on any submission. The intel matters more than the acknowledgment — but if you sign your name and your spot or your bottle lands on the board, expect to see a thank-you in the monthly Lodge dispatch.
